The Harmonic Patterns is an interdisciplinary enrichment program that helps students discover how mathematical thinking underpins musical structure. Through hands-on exploration with keyboards and string instruments, students investigate rhythm, pitch, harmony, and musical form using mathematical concepts such as fractions, ratios, patterns, functions, and transformations.
Music and mathematics share a common language of patterns, structure, and relationships. By learning them together, students gain a deeper and more connected understanding of both disciplines, building skills that extend beyond the classroom.
In this program, students will:
Recognize mathematical structures in music
Interpret music theory through mathematical relationships
Strengthen reasoning, creativity, and teamwork through group learning
Build confidence connecting math and other STEAM subjects in meaningful and engaging ways

If a special circumstance requires half-day enrollment, please contact us at contact@enricheslab.com.
Campers should bring a lunch box, water bottle, sunscreen, and hat daily.
Staff may accompany students to nearby cafés to purchase lunch if needed.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations are eligible for full refund, minus a $25 transaction fee, if the request is sent via email at least 30 days before the camp start date. You will receive an email confirmation after payment. Contact contact@enricheslab.com for any questions.
We will prioritize your spot based on registration time.
